How long does a clip take?

Usually between 40 and 90 seconds. Cinema can take up to three minutes. You can leave the page — the clip waits in your account when it is done.

Can I use the clips commercially?

Yes. Everything you render is yours, with full rights, and you never have to credit us.

Is there sound?

On the Cinema look, yes — ambient sound and effects are generated together with the picture. Quick and Standard clips are silent, which is what most people want for editing anyway.

What if the render fails?

The tokens come straight back to your balance, automatically. You only pay for clips that arrive.

Do tokens expire?

No. Buy a pack once and use it whenever you like. Nothing renews and there is no subscription.

There is no timeline to learn and nothing to install. You describe one shot, choose how it should look, and the clip is rendered for you in about a minute.

Writing a sentence that works

Name the subject and the place. “A red kite over a wet beach” beats “something cool at the beach”.
Say how the camera moves. Push-in, tracking low, drone shot, static close-up — the model understands film language.
Give it light and weather. Dusk, backlit, soft window light, rain. Light is what makes a clip look expensive.
One shot per clip. A clip is one continuous shot of a few seconds. If you need two shots, render two clips.

Every look can be rendered wide (16:9) or vertical (9:16). The clip arrives as an H.264 MP4 that opens everywhere.

What happens when you press Render

The tokens for the clip are reserved, the sentence goes to the video model, and the monitor shows a timer while it works. When the clip is ready it is stored in your account and appears in your clips, where it stays until you delete it. If anything fails on the way, the tokens are returned automatically.

The fine print, in plain words

Tokens never expire. They are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. A render that fails is refunded in tokens automatically. Cards are charged in euro; BLIK payments are converted to złoty at the day’s rate and may show a small difference on your statement. Prices include VAT where it applies. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days — see the refund policy.

Common questions

A clip failed but my balance dropped

Refunds are automatic and usually land within a minute. If the balance still looks wrong after that, email us the time of the render.

My clip has been rendering for more than five minutes

Open your clips again — long renders finish in the background and appear there. If it is still missing after ten minutes, email us the sentence you used and we will sort it out and refund the tokens if needed.

My BLIK code was not accepted

Codes expire after two minutes. Get a fresh one in your banking app and try again.

I did not get the sign-up or reset email

Check the spam folder first. If it is not there after ten minutes, email us from the same address and we will confirm the account by hand.

Delete my account and data

Email us from the account address. We delete the account, the clips and the billing profile within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

Terms of service

The agreement between you and vAIdeo for using v-aideo.com. Last updated 14 October 2026.

1. Who we are

vAIdeo (“we”, “us”) operates v-aideo.com, a service that generates short video clips from written descriptions. Our registered company details are available on request at support@v-aideo.com.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to open an account. Keep your password private and your email address current; everything done through your account counts as done by you. One person, one account.

3. Tokens

Clips are paid for with tokens. Prices are shown on the pricing page and on the Render button before you buy. Tokens do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account and have no cash value except as described in our refund policy. New accounts receive free tokens as a gift; we may change or withdraw that gift for new sign-ups at any time.

4. What you may not generate

Do not use the service to create material that is illegal, that sexualises minors, that depicts real people in a misleading or harmful way, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is meant to harass or deceive. A safety filter may decline a description; we may suspend accounts that keep trying to get around it.

5. Your clips

You own the clips you generate and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially, without crediting us. We store a copy in your account so you can download it again. Because the engines learn from very large collections of video, a result may resemble existing work; checking that your use does not infringe anyone’s rights is your responsibility.

6. The engines

Clips are produced by third-party machine-learning models. We may change models, resolutions, lengths and looks as better ones become available. Results vary; we do not promise that a particular description will produce a particular clip, and generated sound may not match the picture exactly.

7. Availability and failures

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it. If a render fails, the tokens it cost are returned to your balance automatically.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by emailing support. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unused tokens on a closed account are handled under the refund policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where we are established, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in. If we cannot settle a complaint together, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Privacy policy

What we collect, why, where it goes and the rights you have over it. Last updated 14 October 2026.

What we collect

Your email address and a hashed password when you sign up. The descriptions you type and the clips generated from them. Your orders — pack, amount, date and the payment reference, never your card number. Technical logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security.

Why we use it

To run your account and deliver the clips you ask for (performance of our contract with you). To take payments and keep the records tax law requires (legal obligation). To keep the service secure and improve it (our legitimate interest). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Supabase hosts our database, file storage and sign-in system in the European Union. Replicate runs the video models (currently ByteDance Seedance and Google Veo); it receives your description to generate the clip and may process it outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. 10xGate and its licensed payment partners handle payments; card and BLIK details go directly to them.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account exists. Clips and descriptions until you delete them or until 12 months after the account is closed. Order records for the period tax law requires, normally seven years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, receive it in a portable format, or object to how we use it. Email support@v-aideo.com and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no banner.

Billing and refund policy

Prices and currency

Packs are priced in euro and include VAT where it applies. Card payments are charged in euro. BLIK payments are charged in Polish złoty, converted at the rate shown at checkout; your bank may apply its own rate or fee.

Delivery

Tokens are added to your account the moment our payment provider confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If they have not appeared after ten minutes, email support with your order number.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Tokens are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you ask us to deliver them straight away and acknowledge that, once delivery starts, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We still offer the goodwill refund below.

Refund for an unused pack

If you have not spent any token from a pack, you can ask for a full refund of that pack within 14 days of buying it. Packs that have been partly used are not refundable, except where a fault on our side made the tokens unusable.

Failed clips

When a render fails, its tokens are returned to your balance automatically. We refund in tokens, not money, because the pack itself was delivered as ordered.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment — almost everything is settled the same day. Accounts with an open chargeback are paused until it is resolved.

Email support@v-aideo.com from your account address with the order number. Refunds go back to the card or BLIK account that paid, normally within 5–10 business days.
